We ordered a sample package of a combination of oil and cream from a company called Pro Naturals CBD. We saw the ad on Facebook. (Yeah I know, NEVER order anything from an ad on Facebook) THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY! There is no website for Pro Naturals CBD but there are several reviews.

We paid the shipping and handling for samples ($4.95-each for a total of $9.90) and received an order confirmation (Photo attached). No where on any of this company's informational data does it say anything about the trial period being 14 days. Not on the order confirmation, not on the shipping notification and certainly not on the packaging.

Long story short, they claim that their website (what website?) says that you will automatically be put on auto-ship and that if you don't want your account charged, you MUST cancel within 14 days of your order. Not receipt of your order but within 14 days of placing your order.

Our account was scheduled to be charged $89.99 on the May 2nd even though I had filed a charge dispute with my bank. I spoke with Pro Naturals customer service line prior to May 2nd and have an e-mail stating that the auto-ship "membership" has been canceled. My account was still charged and I have never received the product(s). Because of Pro Natural's supposed auto-ship disclaimer and because we didn't know we needed to cancel the charges stand and we can not get a refund! To put it mildly, I am beyond pissed and will be filing complaints with the BBB and I intend to go further with my bank. I will be putting posts on Facebook and every place else I can think of. I will put this company out of business if I can which just puts a bad light on legit CBD companies. This is just wrong!

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Pro Naturals CBD Cons: Anything about them, Scam company, Zero stars across the board.

I fell for the 'free bottle'....NEVER have I fallen for a scam before... where they 'hide important information is located so you don't pay attention to it...So I lost.

2 X %90,00 for the crème (they added) and the oil. I didn't know what was happening until I checked my bank statement online. This was in Aug of '19...I called 2 different numbers (gotten easily from my bank because they have had so many of these cases!!) Pro Naturals assured me my name was off the list!!!!

Here it is Jan 22 or '20...checking my bank statement (thankfully) I SAW THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN (I did not order...and received NOTHING) Thankfully my bank is helping me. Tomorrow I HAVE TO CALL THOSE Pro Natural NUMBERS again!!

Yes, ripped off...me too...total scam...!!!!!!... I saw an "article" on Facebook, claiming that this was a business set up by Eric Clapton.

As a long time admirer of Eric Clapton, i am well aware of his problem with his hands, which has threatened to end his career. The article claimed that this CBD oil had been the miracle cure for Eric and now he wants to invest his energy into promoting it and the indication was that this was Eric's company (i wonder if he knows that this is happening)! Since i have noticed that Eric has continued to play, i assumed that there might be some truth to this. The article then said that for just $4.95, to cover cost of shipping, one could receive a free sample bottle.

Ok, seemed fine, so i clicked on the button to enter my credit card information and went ahead. Next i noticed that they would include a sample of hemp cream...well ok. There was absolutely no mention of a 14 day trail period and no mention of a $92 charge for either item.. I received a notification from my bank, noting it was possible fraud...there was two charges of $4.95, when i believed that i had agreed to one...well ok, it was only $10, so i let it go.

Next thing i was contacted by my bank about 2 charges of $92....i called back and it was only through my bank that i found out that i had unwittingly signed up for this "subscription service".There was absolutely no mention of the 14 days on the emails that i received, telling me that the items were on the way and absolutely no information of that or anything else in the package with the samples. Fortunately, my bank was able to stop one of the charges, but not the other. I called the company asking for a refund and asked how i was informed. They claimed that it was on the web-site from which i had ordered...it definitely was not...yes, what web-site?

They also claimed that the $92 was for that supposedly "free sample" The product are useless...i could not detect any appreciable benefit from either product!

Yes, i will definitely NOT purchase anything on Facebook, ever again. I hope there is a special place in *** for these people!.

Beware of the scam company currently called Pronaturals. They change their name.

So look out for a company offering free cbd products for minimal shipping charge. It will use your credit card to send and charge you for fake cbd products from PO Box 4747, Norcross, GA 30091.

Phone 855-622-****. Never give this company your credit card number.

Yes. Pronaturals is a total scam.

Don't fall for it. Almost no CBD in the products. This is a way to keep charging your credit card until you can find a phone number to cancel the subscription you didn't know you had agreed to.

And if you file a complaint, Pronaturals won't even refund the partial amount for the most recent automatic mailing. Don't, don't order their so-called "trial sample."

A scam!? Yes!

Searching for a phone number to get this order resolved. To no avail.

Placed a STOP on my card. Hope it was on time before another charge is added to my account.
